Terms of Use

OnlyFridge Club, on the web at onlyfridgeclub.online and as the Android app “OnlyFridge Club”. Last updated 20 October 2026.

These terms are the agreement (end user license agreement) between you and DevFridge, founder Michele Angelo Forlani (“we”), the publisher of OnlyFridge Club (“the club”), a 3D social club. They apply to the website and to the Android app, including the copy you get from the Solana dApp Store. By entering the club you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the club. How we handle data is described in our Privacy page.

1. Who can use the club

The club is for adults: you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The 18+ notice at the entrance is your declaration; we don’t verify ages. Don’t use the club where doing so is against the law that applies to you.

2. Free to enter

Entering the club is free, with no account. You pick a name for the evening. A Solana wallet is optional and only needed for the optional features in section 4. You can dance, chat, mix drinks, play the games and sing karaoke without paying anything.

3. Tickets, cosmetics and recipes

Tickets, cosmetics, recipes and other in-club items are for fun only. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and are kept on your device: clearing your browser’s site data, or changes to the club, may remove them. Courtesy chips used in club games have no value either. Nothing in the club is gambling with money.

4. Optional payments and wallets

Your own wallet shows every payment before it is sent, and you approve it there; the club never holds your keys or your funds. Blockchain transactions are final: we cannot reverse or refund them. A payment is accepted only after the club has seen it confirmed on the Solana blockchain. Network fees are set by the network, not by us.

Some areas and perks (VELOUR, the PASTA VIP PASS line, the $PASTA ticket machine) check whether your wallet has active timelocks on DevFridge. The club only reads them; it never creates, moves or unlocks tokens. Nothing in the club is financial or investment advice, and nothing here promises any return on any token.

5. Behaviour

The club is a shared space. You agree not to:

You can block anyone and report them from the chat. Reports are reviewed by the operator. We may remove content and limit or end anyone’s access to the club, at any time, to keep it safe.

6. Chat and the stage microphone

You are responsible for what you write and say. Chat messages go to the people in your instance; your voice on the stage is heard live by everyone there and is not recorded. Don’t sing or play content you don’t have the right to share.

7. Content and third parties

The club’s 3D world, music, songs and artwork belong to their owners, including OnlyFridge Club, DevFridge and the creators credited in the club; you may enjoy them in the club but not copy or redistribute them. The DevFridge World “Cold Storage” songs come from pastacast.devfridge.cool. Games in the Neon Arcade belong to their community authors. Some features rely on third-party services (your wallet app, the Solana network, DevFridge, YouTube, Cloudflare); their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

8. The service as it is

The club is provided “as is”, without warranties. It may be offline, change, or lose in-club items, and features may be added or removed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by the blockchain, your wallet, your device or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. The Android app and the Solana dApp Store

These terms are solely between you and DevFridge. Solana Mobile, Inc., its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents (“the Solana Mobile Parties”) are not a party to these terms, and have no responsibility or liability to you in connection with OnlyFridge Club or with any program in it, including its maintenance, support, content, payments and any claim about it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Solana Mobile Parties make no, and disclaim all, representations, warranties or conditions about OnlyFridge Club, whether written, oral, express, implied or statutory, including warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The app is provided “as is” and “with all faults”, and you use it at your own risk.

Under no circumstances will the Solana Mobile Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, or any other damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, revenue, use or data, and business interruption), arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, OnlyFridge Club, including damages resulting from a force majeure event or an act of a third party, even if advised of their possibility.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the club after a change means you accept it.
